How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then Standard Shipping takes 5–15 business days in transit — about 6–18 business days total, and most orders arrive well within that. Shipping is free for all orders. US and Canada addresses only.
What if my pet doesn't take to it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it — unused, in its original packaging — for a refund. Just email support@lumiapaw.com.
What does the 6-month warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use, for 6 months from delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Email support@lumiapaw.com with your order number and a photo or video.
Does it work for both cats and dogs?
Yes — it's designed for cats and small-to-medium dogs eating dry or semi-moist food.
What's the difference between the feeders?
Both 4L versions feed identically — the Button version is set with its LCD screen and buttons, while the Smart version adds app control over 2.4G WiFi. Want to check in on your pet too? The Smart Feeder with Camera adds an HD camera and two-way audio. Current prices are shown in the comparison above.
What happens during a power cut?
The feeder runs on AC power with a 3 D-cell battery backup, so scheduled meals keep coming during an outage.
